We stayed in a hotel located in a peaceful area close to the ski slope and train station. the room and bathroom were sparkling clean. the staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the surroundings. Facilities such as the sauna, Jacuzzi, and room service were available.

The hotel's Wi-Fi needed improvement, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home.

the room was cold, the balcony door does not close well, the wind blowing in the room, there was no slippers and bathrobe as a 4-star hotel, the bed was sneaky and low down, the bedside lamps were very small and had a pale light so could not be used to read

Everything :-) Very warm and welcoming staff, awesome room (design, cleanliness, temperature, features etc.), familiar feeling (feels more like your grandparents' mountain cabin than a hotel).

The kitchen is not stellar, breakfast is ok. If you're fussy about food, do spend the 5 minutes it takes to go downtown and eat at any restaurant there, for a comparable price and much better culinary quality. If you're not fussy about food, you probably won't notice the difference anyway ;-)

I had a really memorable stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, especially the cleanliness, which I was really impressed with. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The location was fantastic too, really quiet and peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still centrally located. The transportation was also incredibly easy, with the parking right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start my day!

The room itself was comfortable and cozy, with a flat-screen TV and carpeted floor.

The hotel is situated up a steep incline and is not recommended for those with mobility issues. Some rooms lack balconies, which is a downside for those who enjoy outdoor space.

The thin walls and noisy rooms above the restaurant dampened our experience. Dinner prices were high compared to other local options, and the lack of hot water during peak hours left us struggling to relax.
